Mr. Perrault has over 25 years of innovation under his belt. He was one of the visionaries responsible for creating SolPowered Energy Corp., having seen a clear and pressing need in the market to drive the creation of as much clean energy as possible. To date, he has raised over $100M US from venture capital partners in Canada and the US as well as from three strategic partners.
Prior to his involvement with SolPowered, Mr. Perrault co-founded Simpler Networks and ran the company for ten years prior to selling it in 2008. He currently serves on the Boards of Epicore Bio-Networks (TSX-V: EBN), Odesia Group (TSX-V: ODS) as well as AQT where he also chairs the organizing committee for CEO Vision 2010, the largest fundraising conference of the association.

Ms. Cyr is a successful entrepreneur with 28 years of experience creating new ventures. She brings exceptional business development and project management skills together with her highly motivated and performance-driven personality to the SolPowered team. The success of her numerous businesses, some showing quarterly revenue increases of up to 300%, demonstrates her business acumen and has lead to several awards & peer recognition. Ms. Cyr also contributes greatly to a number of charitable organizations including the Ottawa Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity and The Ottawa Heart Institute.

Mr. Desjardins has over 20 years of experience in finance. Throughout the years, he has worked on multi-million to multi-billion dollar transactions with Canadian, American, European and Asian partners. He has lived in Canada and the United States. Prior to joining SolPowered, he was a Partner at GTI Capital, a private venture capital fund with over $100 million under management. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a MBA in Finance and International Management from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC). He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator.

Drawing from nearly ten years of management and supervisory experience in national-level social research firms, Marc Viau joined SolPowered as a Project Coordinator in August of 2010. He has since become the central hub of the office, liasing with clients, different Hydro companies, and the Ontario Power Authority in order to make every aspect of the FIT process as painless as possible for all involved.

Stéphane is a student of the cutting-edge Sustainable Energy Engineering program at Carleton University. He has completed two years of the program, but his education has rendered him wise beyond his years. Mr. Bilodeau has always envisioned himself in a professional environment where the condition of the environment reigns paramount, and he has found it at SolPowered.
